These four Lakeland natives had one of the hottest bluegrass bands in central Florida in the 1970s. They are now bringing their unique brand of progressive bluegrass to the Union Hall in Lakeland for the first time in nearly 50 years.
Mike Marshall reached international recognition when he joined the David Grisman Quintet in 1979 and went on to record and perform with Tony Rice, Stephane Grappelli, Sam Bush, Bela Fleck and countless other acoustic music trailblazers. Joey, Ron and Allen have stayed active throughout Florida and Georgia in many bands all the years and have never lost a lick of their formidable talents.
